If you wish to reschedule an appointment please at least give 24 hrs notice. No Fee! 

Refunds are not given should you chose not to attend your scheduled appointment or make a last minute cancellation. If you have a genuine emergency or illness which prevents attendance Jeannette is happy to rearrange your appointment.
