Here are some of Jeannette's guided meditations to help you relax, balance your chakras and enjoy spiritual adventures. They are free for you to download and use anytime you require upliftment.

Before Use:

Always ensure you are sitting or lying comfortably with no outside distractions (e.g.Phone, Radio, TV, other people chatting etc) Relax and listen to the words and follow the guidance given. Just let your imagination take over...

After Use:

You are advised when the meditation is complete. Do not rush to move or sit up quickly and take a sip of water before getting on with your day.

Keep a journal and write down your thoughts feelings and experiences to look back on later.
